Restore, empower, and strengthen individuals to live with purpose.
ITCA2026
No matter the season of life—whether a transitioning veteran, a student seeking an affordable trade, or a new career — we offer a DOL-registered pathway to both Cyber Security or IT Project Management Licensure. These initiatives are specifically designed to combat the harms of social media while providing a purpose-driven profession.
ITCA Three Pillars
-
Healing
Restore hearts and minds.
Rooted in a Christian integrative approach that unites psychology, philosophy, and theology, our mission is to bring healing to the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. Grounded in the Catholic Christian Meta-Model of the Person (CCMMP), we offer trauma-informed care that honors each individual’s dignity and unique story.
Through counseling partnerships, mental health retreats, and community outreach, we create spaces where people experience genuine restoration. Our approach blends evidence-based practice with faith, compassion, and respect — helping individuals and families find lasting healing, peace, and restoration in Christ.
Psalm 147:3

Purpose
Empower people to Serve and Lead
Rooted in service. As Winston Churchill said, “Good intentions are meaningless without action.” We help individuals turn their skills, experiences, and leadership into lasting impact through apprenticeship and professional development opportunities that inspire service.
Our apprenticeships provide hands-on training that builds confidence, leadership, and opportunity equipping participants to make a meaningful difference in their communities and beyond. By investing in veterans, professionals, and emerging leaders, we are empowering a workforce rooted in faith, excellence, and purpose

Education
Strengthen the world together.
Through world-class learning and development, we strengthen individuals and communities with accessible opportunities that nurture both mind, body, and spirit.
We create a bridge through education bringing transformative training to places and people where opportunity is limited. Through this effort, we are building a global network of leaders including military veterans, mental health professionals, social workers, doctors, engineers, and legal professionals who share our vision and train with us to teach, mentor, and serve around the world. Through education, we transform lives and strengthen communities.
Matthew 28:19
Across the nation, college enrollment is declining while the demand for skilled professionals continues to rise.
At ITCA, we believe the courage, discipline, and servant leadership forged in military service are exactly what our nation needs to rebuild its workforce and restore purpose to work. Our mission is to harness that strength through purpose-driven apprenticeships that transform military excellence into lifelong impact.
Through hands-on training, mentorship, and global mission opportunities, we empower veterans and active military to extend their leadership beyond the uniform—continuing to serve as builders of hope, community, and innovation across every field of work.
By investing in those who have already led with honor and sacrifice, we are reigniting America’s foundation of faith, purpose, and resilience—one leader, one community, and one mission at a time.
